the tickets are in and i am very much looking forward to seeing akron/family at the corner hotel in december. not looking forward to the corner mind you which is a shit hole from hell and it was barely bearable when i saw the awesome deerhunter a few months ago.

currently on high rotation in room 101 is the lush final (hidden) track from their wonderful eponymous first cd – minus the two minutes silence at the beginning :)
